The Phonemes of Sinnish
Each letter in Sinnish has a name (which highlights the sound), as well as a Sinnish script symbol and a Roman letter symbol. For now, I'm only putting in the Roman letter one. The tables below have the sounds, their names, an equivilent in English or another language and a sound of me saying the name of the sound.

Stress
Sinnish has a specific stress pattern to words. Here are the rules:
- If the word begins with a vowel, stress is on the first syllable (ex. elake "ocean")
If the word begins with a consonant:
- It is two syllables and ends with a vowel, the stress is on the first syllable (ex. dosa "rose")
- It is two syllables, ends with a consonant and the last vowel is 'uh', stress is on the first syllable (ex. xaruhm "storm")
- It is two syllables, ends with a consonant and the last vowel is NOT 'uh', the last syllable is stressed (ex. lakem "poet")
- It is more than two syllables, the stress is on the second to last syllable (ex. zoyashi "girl slave")
