Breath - the quantum of life. From our first to our last, breath measures our existance. The exchange of vapors. The neverending internalization of the environment and the world. Life begins with breath. Life ends with breath. Life is breath.

Breathe.

Breath is all-consuming. It stretches to full space, it mingles with this and that, moves inbetween and amongst. Breath permeates life and life permeates existance.

Breathe.

Life expands. Life diversifies. Life fills. Our breath expands us. Every breath stretches who we are, extends our consciousness, ties us more into the world. We are more than just bodies, because we are our breath as well. Our will extends over aetheric tendrils of vapor. We are bound into the world, not separate from it. We are tied into the world through a web of gaseous enegry that extends from our bodies to every place we have been and every person we have met. We are permeated with the strands of breath of every person we have been near. We are nodes of Indra's Net, tied with strands of hot pulsating breath.

Breathe.

With each word, we extend. Each vibration of sound, our breath drifts into the ears and mouths of others. With each intake, we connect. Each thought is subsumed into our self, making a part of them into us. Each cell in our bodies are impregnated with the breath of a thousand people. We smell their joy, we taste their fear, we hear their cries of pain and ecstasy. All of them drift across currents of breath.
